Time flies when it's a busy month! It's October in the blink of an eye!
As usual, on the first of every month I take a look at my investments thus far and make the necessary adjustments.
This month, having spare cash on the side, I invested into Nikko AM STI ETF as well as Vanguard S&P 500.
Noted that the Nikko AM STI ETF price fell by a modest amount. Good for me. Still waiting for the order to be filled.
If I had begun investing last year, I would have received dividends from Nikko AM during the month of October. Sadly, they changed their date to July 2014 which would make the next dividend payout in the month of January 2015.
Speaking of January 2015, I am looking forward to the decreased amendment in board lot and might consider not investing for the next few months but instead saving up for the year to come. I'll see how it goes.
Another dividend to expect this month, may be the ABF SG Bond Index Fund.

My Investment Journey Update: October 2014
