Today on the 1 hour chart, the price of EUR/JPY is within the channel 107.19 and 106.21 also considering the downwards trend. But we are going to pay attention at the resistance level marked with thick black line. Currently the market is moving downwards and we are expecting it to reach the support level area 106.21.
RECOMENDATION : Buy if the price break the resistance level line 107.19 and is heading upwards with stop loss place a little below the 107.19 support level and take profit set at 107.98 and upwards respectively.
Sell if the price continues or rebounce on the reisitance level 107.19 and is going downwards with your stop loss place a little above the 107.19 support line and take profit at level 106.21 and 105.28 respectively.
