The quote below was one of my favorite quotes from Saturday’s Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting. I believe it came right after Munger was discussing how Berkshire’s record wouldn’t have been as good as it is if they wouldn’t have been flexible and adapted to changing environments over time.
